It is a mile from City Hall. If at the rear of City Hall on Donegall Street, continue along Howard Street; continue along Grosvenor Road. Cross over the Falls Road onto the Springfield Road. Blackstaff Mill is 300 yards up on the right. Turn in at Solo Petrol Station/Eurospar supermarket and behind you will find tall red brick chimney and 5 storey Mill Building. Turn right and continue along front until you find a large car park and we are overlooking it on Floor 3. If additional space required there are other ground floor units and upstairs units which are served by stairs and modern lifts. All spaces have good lighting.
